We are currently seeking a skilled SAP HCM Inhouse Project Lead to join our client's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and lead the optimization of human capital management processes for a renowned company in the automotive industry.

Position Overview:

As an SAP HCM Inhouse Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions. Working closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will ensure the effective utilization of SAP technology to support HR operations, drive efficiency, and enhance employee satisfaction.

Tasks

· Lead and manage SAP HCM implementation projects, including system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.

· Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand human capital management requirements and challenges.

· Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions to meet business needs, including core HR, payroll, time management, and talent management.

· Configure and customize SAP functionalities, including personnel administration, organizational management, employee self-services, and performance management.

· Provide expertise and guidance on SAP HCM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

· Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to integrate SAP HCM solutions with other systems and data sources.

· Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP HCM solutions.

· Perform system testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support ongoing operations and maintenance.

· Monitor project progress, manage project risks, and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

Profile

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or Project Lead with expertise in SAP HCM modules and functionalities.

· Strong understanding of human capital management processes, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, and talent management.

· Experience with SAP HCM configuration, customization, and integration.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.

· German minimum level B2, fluency in English required
