SAP Basis Consultant

We at Energize have partnered up with one of Germanies leading non-food retailers, who operate in 15 countries across Europe, with 35,000 employees in 3,200 stores. They are currently undergoing an exciting new Greenfield S/4HANA implementation project and are looking for a Senior SAP Basis Consultant to join their IT Team and lead the SAP Basis developments!

You will:

• Take charge of system support and administration for the SAP system landscape, including configuration, maintenance, and monitoring.

• Plan, design, and execute projects to optimize and enhance the SAP architecture.

• Identify and resolve technical issues and performance challenges.

• Oversee and monitor the activities of external service providers.

• Ensure data security in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

We are looking for:

• A degree in (business) informatics or equivalent training in the SAP Basis environment.

• Several years of experience in SAP Basis administration and a solid understanding of system architecture.

• Ideally, experience with SAP, ABAP, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP interface technologies, SAP Solution Manager, and S/4HANA database systems.

• Familiarity with SAP authorization management and, preferably, experience in company-wide SAP projects with end-to-end process knowledge in accounting.

• A responsible and independent working style, strong team spirit

• Fluency in both German and English.
