YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Investigate and process damage claims efficiently, ensuring alignment with our guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams, insurance companies, authorities, and damage experts
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients in English
• Make informed decisions, contributing to a seamless claims management process
• Handle a variety of cases, keeping your work dynamic and enhancing quality standards

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Previous experience in customer service and a passion for client interaction
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset
• Solution-focused working style
• Confident with a strong customer-focused approach
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Detail-oriented, highly reliable, and proficient in standard computer software
