YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead and further develop the People Admin teams across Europe to advance our European-wide personnel administration strategy in support of our global HR goals.
• You provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to a decentralized 12-member team at various locations across Europe.
• You will be responsible for all administrative HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• You implement and optimize standardized HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• You ensure that all HR administration processes comply with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience and Education You completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and have at least 5 years of professional experience in HR with initial leadership experience, preferably in an international setting.
• Knowledge You have solid understanding of European labor laws and implementing legal requirements across multiple countries.
• Team Leadership You have proven background in leading teams, particularly in HR administration and operations.
• Tools/Systems You have technical affinity with experience in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters)
• Language Fluent in English, with additional European languages as a plus.
