Working Student - CRM

Are you studying in Hamburg and looking for a job? Join our CRM team where you'll play an integral role in preparing, reviewing, and documenting CRM campaigns. This position offers a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in digital multichannel CRM while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Your mission

• Multichannel Content. Assist in creating newsletters and in-game pop-ups.
• CRM Campaigns. Check the functionality of CRM campaigns in the game.
• Analysis. Prepare standardized evaluations for individual campaigns (in Excel).
• Documentation. Document in the company wiki (in Confluence).
• Competitive Analysis. Observe and analyze our competitors.

Your skill set

• Studies. You are currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Gamer. You enjoy playing games on your phone or tablet and have ideally already played one of our games.
• Willingness to Learn. You have a quick grasp, enjoy learning new things, and quickly adapt to new software.
• Self-Organized Work Style. You complete your work reliably, diligently, and with care.
• Practical Experience. You have experience with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Language Skills. You speak fluent German and are eager to use your excellent English skills daily
