About us
Our client is a German company, which offers technology and consulting services with a focus on the financial services industry. Among its many services are project management, IT consulting, and banking, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
Tasks
Oversee the complete payroll process, including preparation, execution, follow-up, certifications, and company pension plans.
Support employees throughout their employment, from recruitment to termination.
Manage personnel matters such as hiring, work hour adjustments, secondary employment, departures, and references.
Serve as the main contact for payroll tax and social security inquiries.
Prepare reports, calculate personnel budgets, and support broader HR initiatives.
Profile
Completed studies or commercial training, preferably in HR.
At least 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
Strong knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and labor law.
Familiarity with Datev and Personio is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
Able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
Excellent communication, structured, and proactive approach.
High service orientation and a hands-on mindset.
Fluent in German, with good English skills preferred.
