We are filling the following position for our client, an international company from the FMCG sector:

REVENUE DEVELOPMENT PRODUCT CAPABILITIES LEAD (M/F/D)

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects involving call center systems, such as IVR, ACD, CRM integration, and workforce management tools
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Implement and enhance business requirements for global call center technology solutions
• Deploy and smoothly migrate the global CSC technical solution to priority markets (transitioning from local to global CSC technical solutions)
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, markets, and third-party vendors
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve call center processes and workflows through technology

• Several years of experience in project management, with a focus on call center technology or customer support operations
• Familiarity with call center technologies, such as IVR systems, ACD platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and workforce management software
• Strong business and system understanding, as well as a solid grasp of call center operations, is essential
• Experience in managing technology implementation projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in CSC technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
