How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage a team focused on transparency creation and business enablement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data management tools and AI use cases to enhance sales processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of team activities and project progress to senior management.
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
- Experience in a leadership role within a sales environment, preferably with a focus on data management and AI.
- Strong understanding of transparency creation and business enablement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills as well as ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Data Science, or a related field
