• Route Planning: Design efficient and sustainable routes for our drivers and continuously optimize them.

• Load Management: Coordinate load assignments, taking customer requirements into account and ensuring a smooth process.

• Customer Service: Act as the direct point of contact for our customers, resolve issues quickly and effectively, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Driver Support: Serve as the central contact person for our drivers, supporting them in their daily operations.

• Fleet Management: Assist with the management of our fleet, schedule maintenance, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

• Completed MBO-level education, preferably in logistics, transport, or a related field.

• Experience in logistics.

• Customer-focused mindset and clear communication skills.

• Fluency in Dutch, with good knowledge of English being a plus.
