Company Overview:

Energize Group, a prominent SAP recruitment company in Germany, is excited to collaborate with a leading automotive company based West of Stuttgart. We are currently seeking a skilled SAP WM and SD Inhouse Project Lead to join our client's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and lead the optimization of warehouse management and sales and distribution processes for a renowned company in the automotive industry.

Position Overview:

As an SAP WM and SD Inhouse Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP WM (Warehouse Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will ensure the effective utilization of SAP technology to support logistics and sales operations, drive efficiency, and enhance operational performance.

Tasks

· Lead and manage SAP WM and SD implementation projects, including system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand warehouse management and sales and distribution requirements and challenges.

· Design, configure, and implement SAP WM and SD solutions to meet business needs, including warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, and distribution logistics.

· Configure and customize SAP functionalities, including warehouse layout design, inventory control, shipping and receiving processes, sales order management, pricing, and billing.

· Provide expertise and guidance on SAP WM and SD best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

· Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to integrate SAP solutions with other systems and data sources.

· Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP WM and SD solutions.

· Perform system testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support ongoing operations and maintenance.

· Monitor project progress, manage project risks, and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

Profile

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an SAP WM and SD Consultant or Project Lead with expertise in SAP WM and SD modules and functionalities.

· Strong understanding of warehouse management and sales and distribution processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, order-to-cash, and distribution logistics.

· Experience with SAP WM and SD configuration, customization, and integration.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.

· Minimum German language skills on level B2 and fluent English
