Tasks
Manage monthly payroll independently and on time.
Act as the contact for payroll, tax, and social security matters.
Maintain personnel files and employee data.
Handle reporting, documentation, and liaise with relevant authorities.
Support year-end processes, contribute to HR projects, and assist with audits.
Profile
Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an IHK Payroll Accountant or HR Specialist, or a similar qualification.
Experience in payroll with knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and labor law.
Familiar with payroll software.
Fluent in German and proficient in English.
