Tasks

  • Manage monthly payroll independently and on time.

  • Act as the contact for payroll, tax, and social security matters.

  • Maintain personnel files and employee data.

  • Handle reporting, documentation, and liaise with relevant authorities.

  • Support year-end processes, contribute to HR projects, and assist with audits.

Profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an IHK Payroll Accountant or HR Specialist, or a similar qualification.

  • Experience in payroll with knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and labor law.

  • Familiar with payroll software.

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
