Job Description

As a Business Analyst within the Digital Impulse team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate their digital transformation journeys. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our clients' goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement gathering & analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate these into detailed functional specifications.
  • Client engagement: Work closely with clients across various sectors, with a particular focus on the finance/banking industry, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Smooth coordination : Maintain excellent coordination between the different stakeholders to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria and collect feedback, ensure workshops animation;
  • Solution design: Develop and propose solutions that align with the client's business goals and technological capabilities.
  • Scrum & Agile methodologies: Participate actively in Scrum meetings, and work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Testing & validation: Ensure the solution meets the client's needs by conducting thorough testing and validation processes.
  • Documentation & reporting: Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle, and report progress to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation projects, preferably within the consulting industry.
    • Proven experience with Scrum methodologies, testing, and understanding of IT development languages
    • Strong understanding of the banking sector, particularly in areas such as payments, regulatory requirements, and general banking operations, is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Analytical thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and devise innovative solutions.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English AND French, both are mandatory to consider your profile for this role (German is a plus).
    • Client management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to work across various industries, with a focus on the banking sector.
    • Technical proficiency: Comfortable working with various software tools and platforms used in digital transformation projects.
  • Certifications:
    • Scrum certification or equivalent experience.
    • IQBBA or ISTQB certification is a plus.
