Aufgabengebiet

Business Process Optimization

  • Identify and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to assess current processes and design future-state improvements.
  • Manage process changes across people, technology, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with process optimization methodologies from planning to execution.


Project & Change Management

  • Lead and coordinate business transformation and optimization projects.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive execution.
  • Monitor and track implementation progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.


Finance & Controlling

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for audits and tax-related matters.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance.


Legal & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating.
  • Identify and assess legal risks, developing strategies for mitigation.


Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and quality.
  • Select, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure material availability and operational efficiency.


Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation

  • Align business transformation initiatives with corporate vision and goals.
  • Utilize automation, process mining, and digital tools to accelerate improvements.
  • Drive compliance with corporate policies and ensure cost efficiency.


People Leadership

  • Provide leadership in a matrix organization, setting expectations and guiding teams.
  • Coach and mentor extended team members to enhance performance.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years' experience; Master's degree with 7+ years' experience; PhD with 3+ years' experience.
  • Experience in the areas of information systems, project management, business and process experience, resource and team development, strategic technology area development.
  • 2-4 years overall experience with end-to-end process optimization and re-engineering or operating model design & transformation in the areas of Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain and or Quality.
  • Understand business processes and value stream concepts including BPM (Business Process Management) solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience on agile methodology and tools/artifacts.
  • Experience on digital transformation including technology like automation and process mining.
