Job Highlights

  • Lead and manage the global Customer Service/Order Management teams located in Cologne and regions (Vancouver, Pittsburgh, Mumbai, oversea sales offices) providing clear guidance, transparent communication and knowledge exchange to assure global comprehension of main goals and strategy
  • In charge of functionally managing OtC (Order to Cash) Process worldwide and taking key decisions on daily operation for global customer service teams
  • Direct and supervise the ATP (available to promise) process in alignment with the supply chain planning team worldwide.
  • Manage collaboration with the Lanxess Transport Management team and external warehouse service providers. Identify and guide process improvements in related processes.
  • In charge of taking strategically decisions on a global level for process modifications, alignment, ERP migration and automation in order to achieve a global uniform process landscape and support F&F global strategy
  • Monitor global overdue/financial situation, follow up with the regions and take measures with the global Sales team
  • Steering Global KPI for Customer Service Processes to ensure a high quality service

Requirements

  • Master in Business and Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or relevant job experience
  • Experience in leadership roles, high intercultural leadership level with social and emotional intelligence
  • Target oriented mindset to support overall F&F Strategy and goals and guide the regional teams
  • Deep understanding from OTC process , SAP-FIT and data analysis tools
  • Processual oriented mindset combined with Sales perspective
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory and other languages are an advantage
