Trainer - Wind Energy Electronics/Electrical (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions in Romanian and English using various learning methods 

• Provide technical advice and support to employees and external service providers on technical questions and issues 

• Evaluate participants' knowledge and skills, supporting them in applying theory to practice 

• Participate in ongoing training and hands-on assignments at our Wind Energy Converter 

• Collaborate and coordinate with external training service providers 

• Ensure training tools and materials are regularly updated, reviewed, and maintained 

• Further develop educational plans

Qualifications: 

• Completed studies in electrical engineering or vocational training in an electrical field with further qualifications as a master craftsman or certified engineer 

• Ideally, several years of experience in a similar role  

• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced English skills  

• Strong didactic and communication skills to explain complex content clearly 

• Confident demeanor, high resilience, and strong team player 

• Comfortable with heights and holds a valid driver’s license 

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally 

• Solution-oriented mindset with intrinsic motivation to proactively tackle challenges
