Join our dynamic team as a Rental Sales Agent at SFO. We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create exceptional rental experiences for our clients while maximizing sales opportunities.

Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the rental process
Expertly promote and sell our fleet of vehicles, matching customers with the perfect options for their needs
Offer and explain additional services and optional extras to enhance the rental experience
Manage and maintain our premium vehicle fleet efficiently
Process rental agreements, payments, and returns accurately and promptly
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming rental facility
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Adapt to changing business needs and work various shifts as required

Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the tourism industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Service-oriented mindset and genuine enthusiasm for customer satisfaction
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Valid US Driver's license with a clean driving record
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus but not required
