About us

Company Overview:

Energize Group is hiring on behalf of a well-know market leader in the automotive industry and is seeking for a talented and experienced SAP FI/CO Project Lead to join their dynamic team in the west of Stuttgart.

Position Overview:

As an FI/CO Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in our clients SAP implementation projects, ensuring the successful integration of financial and controlling modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP FICO processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The role offers a salary of up to €100.000 plus yearly bonus and excellent benefits.

Tasks

  • Analyse business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions that align with organizational goals

  • Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery

  • Provide expertise in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business processes, requirements, and objectives

  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users

  • Stay updated of SAP FICO best practices, industry trends, and updates to optimize system performance

  • Play a pivotal role in the migration to SAP S4/HANA

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field

  • Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with a focus on successful implementations

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO

  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Proficiency in German language (minimum level B2)

  • SAP FICO certification is a plus
