My client are a German leading Bank headquartered in Frankfurt. They are a multi-billion€ organization and one of Germany's largest financial companies.
My client specializes in various financial services, including investment funds, asset management, and securities solutions.
They are searching for a new Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their growing HR/IT team and to help to enhance their HR processes.
Tasks
Lead implementation of new HR systems in the "Strategy & HR" division as a consultant in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Recruiting)
Showcase expertise in project advancements, process customization, and digitalization within our evolving team.
Configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet my client's specific HR business requirements.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and regular updates.
Work on projects to enhance HR processes through digital innovation and specialized adjustments in the SAP environment.
Collaborate with HR experts to maximize the effectiveness of HR systems.
Profile
Completed a degree in economics, technical field, or IT vocational training.
Professional experience in HR systems requirements management, capacity planning, and HR process digitalization.
Knowledge of HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
Expertise in core HR processes, strong analytical skills, and high IT affinity.
A committed team player with independence, goal orientation, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
