• Language Proficiency: Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.

• Business Analysis and Process Design: Skilled in analyzing business processes, conceptualizing, designing, and implementing SAP HCM-related processes and technologies.

• Project and Budget Management: Experienced project management, including cost and budget planning, with a solid understanding of HR processes.
