    • Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the rental process
    • Expertly showcase and promote our fleet of vehicles, matching customers with the perfect rental options
    • Maximize sales by offering and explaining additional services and optional extras
    • Manage and maintain our premium vehicle fleet
    • Process rental agreements, payments, and returns efficiently
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
    • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming rental facility
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
    • Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends
    • Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
    • Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the tourism industry
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers

    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required

    As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches.
