Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the rental process
Expertly showcase and promote our fleet of vehicles, matching customers with the perfect rental options
Maximize sales by offering and explaining additional services and optional extras
Manage and maintain our premium vehicle fleet
Process rental agreements, payments, and returns efficiently
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming rental facility
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends
Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures

Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the tourism industry
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
Service-oriented mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating great customer experiences
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
