Your tasks
Supporting and advising managers and employees on all HR-related issues
Collaboration in the further development and optimization of internal HR processes
Recruiting specialists and managers, including applicant management and contract negotiations
Implementation of individual personnel measures such as transfers, promotions and dismissals
Collaboration on overarching HR projects to further develop the HR strategy
Support with personnel and organizational development issues
Your profile
Completed training or studies in the field of human resources, business administration or a comparable course of study with initial professional experience
Experience as a personnel officer or HR manager/generalist in a modern industrial or commercial company
Sound knowledge of German labor law
Strong creative drive and success orientation
Excellent communication and consulting skills
