YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You maintain comprehensive documentation of HR processes, procedures, and system configurations within Workday
You will act as a technical expert and consultant during the implementation of new features in Workday, ensuring alignment with the organization's HR processes
You collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure smooth integration of Workday with other HR systems and applications
You troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems and errors
You assist with routine maintenance and updates of Workday, ensuring it is up-to-date and secure and continuously identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Expertise You are a Workday expert, bring in-depth knowledge of Workday HR, including its modules, features, and capabilities and are experienced in configuring and customizing Workday to align with organizational HR requirements
Experience You have experience in data entry, data validation, and data integrity best practices within HR systems
Know how You possess strong technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within HR systems and know how to provide effective training and support to our end-users
Team spirit and Soft skills You enjoy working collaboratively with different teams in order to ensure seamless system integration, possess strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
Communication and Language You are a good communicator, enjoy working in an international environment and feel equally at home in English
