As an addition to our Sales team we are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager (m/f/d).
Activities
We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager, ideally with an established Network in the Tech- and Startup Ecosystem.This role is crucial in shaping our collaboration with B2B clients and driving the growth of our flagship event. We are looking for support starting immediately.
Your tasks & responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging potential B2B clients
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts while maintaining excellent client relationships
- Providing post-sales support and developing new solutions to foster long-term partnerships
- Continuously improving processes to increase the efficiency and quality of our work
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets, ideally within event sponsoring
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey value propositions and negotiate terms with varying stakeholders
- Established network in tech and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential B2B clients
- You have solid analytical skills and enjoy solving our client's problems
