For our client, one of the worldwide leading companies in the development and manufacturing of vibration engineering and lightweight construction components for the automotive industry, we are looking for a
"Global Lead Training & Development" (all genders).
In this position, you will take on a key role in designing and implementing strategic learning and development programs that contribute to talent promotion and improving company culture worldwide. You will be responsible for developing a global T&D strategy aligned with corporate goals, supporting employees at all levels in their professional and personal development. With a focus on innovation and effectiveness, you will work closely with regional HR teams and leadership to implement sustainable learning solutions and therefore play a significant part in laying the foundation for the company's future growth.
Location: Mobile work with international travel
YOUR ROLE:
- Design and implementation of a comprehensive and harmonized training and development strategy across all locations, aligned with global business goals and qualifying employees for future challenges
- Support and advise management in all areas of talent development, including leadership training, career development, and high-potential programs (internal talent pools)
- Implementation of the adequate ERP module for Training & Development, as well as further development of the T&D process landscape
- Development of modern, effective learning formats (digital platforms, hybrid models, etc.) tailored to the diverse needs of a global workforce
- Establishment of a learning culture that promotes continuous development by offering both strategic programs and customized development plans
- Ensuring consistency and quality of T&D initiatives across all regions, while taking local requirements and cultural differences into account
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of training measures based on defined KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
- Management of the global T&D budget and ensuring optimal resource utilization
YOUR CREDENTIALS:
- Successfully completed studies in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Additional certifications in Training and Coaching are an advantage
- Several years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in the areas of Training, Development, and Talent Management, ideally in an internationally oriented role
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and derive innovative learning and development strategies from them
- Deep understanding of global cultures and, ideally, experience in leading international and interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills: Strong in internal and external communication at all levels of the organization, both in English and other languages being an advantage
- Technological affinity: Experience with digital learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS); openness to technological innovations in the T&D field
- Willingness for international travel (30-40%)
