SAP SD Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP SD Inhouse Consultant to join our client’s growing team. Position Overview:

As an SAP SD Inhouse Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and support of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) solutions. You will work closely with internal business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of order-to-cash processes and drive process improvements to meet business goals.

• Implementation and Configuration: Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions to support and optimize order management, pricing, billing, and distribution processes.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze sales and distribution requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement in sales order processing, pricing strategies, and billing workflows, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Integration: Ensure smooth integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, PP) and third-party systems.

• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD processes, resolving technical and functional issues quickly and effectively.

• Documentation and Training: Develop user documentation and deliver training to end-users to ensure optimal use of SAP SD functionalities.

• Project Participation: Participate in SAP-related projects such as system upgrades, rollouts, and process automation initiatives.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on SAP advancements and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant or Inhouse Consultant, with a focus on sales and distribution processes.

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP SD configuration, including sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and integration with related modules.

• Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes and best practices within sales and distribution, ideally in the food production or manufacturing industries.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and structured approach to solving complex technical and functional challenges.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Language Proficiency: Minimum German language skills at level B2 and fluent English.

• Residency Requirement: Apply only if currently living and working in Germany.
