• You find solutions for challenging situations
• You are able to conduct tricky customer conversations empathetically and find a goal-oriented balance between the customer relationship and the company goals and are also a role model for your team
• You demonstrate a high level of responsibility
• You have a strong interest in the operational work of your team and departmental development
• You work closely with other departments to achieve the best possible goals
• You attach great importance to transparent communication and promote an open and trusting working environment

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You have several years of professional experience in leading, managing and developing a team
• You can think entrepreneurially and have a structured way of working
• You have a tactful approach to critical customer issues and impress with your excellent verbal and written expression
• You have creative ideas to motivate, encourage and develop your team
• You feel confident in the complete Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
• In addition to native-level German language skills, you have very good written and spoken English skills
