We’re looking for a hands-on Software Development Team Lead to help us create supply chain sustainability solutions which make an impact and elevate our talented team. Activities

As a Team Lead, you’ll blend technical, hands-on expertise with leadership skills to guide a motivated team (5-7 team members).

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead by Example: Actively participate in coding and code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
Agile Advocate: Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning, to keep the team aligned and focused.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Empower Your Team: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, mentoring team members to reach their full potential.
Innovate & Inspire: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, driving new ideas and technologies into our development process.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Software Development Team Lead or in a similar role.
Strong hands-on expertise with TypeScript and React.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
A servant leadership mindset, dedicated to supporting and empowering your team.
