Job Description

As a Key Account Manager for Banking & Insurance (m/f/x), you will be responsible for driving the growth of cloud initiatives, managed services, and nearshore delivery models for our clients in the Munich Area. Your role will involve building strategic relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions tailored to the banking and insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining trusted partnerships.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for cloud solutions, AI applications, and nearshore services in the banking and insurance sector.
  • Solution Selling: Present and position Devoteam’s offerings, including cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, ServiceNow, SAP and managed services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions for the client.
  • Proposal Management: Develop tailored proposals and deliver presentations to client’s stakeholders.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about cloud trends, nearshore delivery strategies, and banking/insurance industry challenges.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed revenue goals while managing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: min. 5-7 years in IT solution sales or delivery, with a strong focus on banking/insurance clients.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the banking and insurance sector, including key challenges and opportunities.
  • Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms, including managed service concepts.
  • Nearshore Expertise: Proven experience in leveraging nearshore delivery models for cost-effective and high-quality client solutions.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strategic mindset.
