We are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) for our client in Amsterdam. Our client is a globally leading retailer in the field of sports fashion and lifestyle, renowned for exclusive products and a strong connection to youth culture.

Deine Aufgaben

  • You take on leadership responsibilities for the People Reward, People Development & Operations Team
  • You are responsible for personnel administration and contract management for all employees in the stores as well as in the head office in the Netherlands
  • You also handle the preparation of payroll for our external service provider.
  • You design and optimize processes in operational HR management to improve HR data quality and make internal workflows more efficient
  • In regular reporting, such as budget planning, you collaborate with the headquarters in the UK and create data analyses for various stakeholders

Dein Profil

  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, such as completed vocational training with relevant professional experience
  • You bring extensive professional experience in personnel administration/people operations
  • You have leadership experience in a dynamic environment, ideally in retail
  • You combine strategic vision with a hands-on mentality to drive operational processes forward with your team
  • Ideally, you are highly proficient in MS 365 to fully leverage the tools it offers
  • You have strong knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
