• Implement and maintain a comprehensive cyber security policy, ensuring it evolves to meet organisational needs.

• Ensure compliance with security policies across JSP EMEA through auditing and implement enforcement measures.

• Identify recommend and implement preventative measures to mitigate security risks.

• Lead incident response efforts, including data collection and remedy suggestions.

• Train and educate the employees on cyber security protocols and policies.

• Proactively safeguard against emerging threats.

• Open-minded and analytical mindset with a passion to learn and grow.

• Hands-on experience with system administration, including:

  • Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure

  • Microsoft Entra ID

  • On-prem Active Directory

  • Virtualization and network infrastructure

  • Foundational knowledge in Linux administration

• Proven track record in Information Security and Cybersecurity incident management.

• Familiar with ISO 27001 processes and auditing.

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to train and educate colleagues across the organization.

• Experience with firewall management and centralised anti-malware solutions.

• Expertise in vulnerability scanning, remediation,

• Experience with offensive security is a plus.

• Ability to travel primarily within the EMEA region.

• Fluent in English; local language is a plus.
