Senior Corporate Controller (m/f/d) I 37,5 hours/week I 60% home office

Our client is a renowned German fashion brand, specializing in high-quality, timeless apparel for women.

• Act as a proactive point of contact for management regarding business and financial topics and key performance indicators.

• Contribute to annual business planning and rolling forecasts for all group companies.

• Independently prepare reports, including variance analyses and recommendations for action, for various internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Share responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the internal reporting system.

• Participate in the further development of internal processes, controlling tools, and reporting systems.

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling/Finance and several years of relevant professional experience in controlling within a medium-sized company (preferably in retail/mail order).

• Solid expertise in corporate planning processes.

• Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including VBA, as well as experience with ERP/BI systems (preferably MS Dynamics, Power BI).

• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.

• Strong written and spoken German and English skills.

• Enthusiasm for questioning and redesigning processes.

• Goal-oriented, pragmatic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of initiative.
