About the role

For our Partner Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH we are looking for an Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) to act on their new site in Munich. You are employed with us and work with our partner on-site.

Work tasks

You are responsible for the care and smooth flow of customer orders in cooperation with internal and external interfaces
You provide real-time updates to customers regarding delivery status
You are responsible for an accurate invoicing process according to company guidelines and KPI targets
Manage samples, recalls and returns for the products as required

We are looking for

University degree in business-related fields or equivalent commercial education
2 years experience within a B2B Customer Service/Supply Chain environment of a multinational company
Very good English (C1) and German (B1)
Experience within the Semiconductor/Electronics industry advantageous
Highly customer- and team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
