A Snapshot of Your Day 
In your role as Order Manager for Electrolyzer Manufacturing in Berlin you will play a leading and responsible role for the execution of system projects. You will work closely with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering and project management to lead a project from the proposal phase to project completion.  
How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Being responsible for executing electrolyzer system project on time, within budget and with the required quality
  • Single point of contact for project manager (Siemens Energy and Air Liquide Projects) and project teams concerning costs, time schedule and progress of order placement, from the proposal phase until project completion
  • Managing project-specific adaptation of the scope of supply during bidding and order execution. This includes the technical clarification with the SES engineering
  • Coordinating engineering deliverables needed for the RFQ and PO placement phase
  • Coordinating purchase order placement for system equipment together with tactical procurement
  • Monitoring various project dashboard as: project procurement Plan, production schedule & progress and packaging progress report
  • Being fully responsible (costs, quality, on-time-delivery (OTD)) for the production/pre-fabrication of our electrolyzer systems through your selected partners
What You Bring
  • Completed university degree (bachelor / master) in electrical, mechanical and/or production engineering
  • At least 5 years of work experience
  • Technical knowledge of fluid systems, electrical and/or control systems. electrolysis knowledge is a plus
  • Advanced skills in project management, quality control and process management
  • Experience in supplier quality management (for expediting and/or inspections/FATs)
  • Experience in working with international partners
  • Experience in working with different personalities, cultures, and levels of experience. Team player
  • Fluent in French and English
