Job Description
You drive revenue growth by selling Devoteam's comprehensive suite of cloud managed services to German organizations. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. As part of an EMEA-wide CMS Sales team, you will collaborate on best practices and drive sales strategy decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue New Business: Actively seek new business opportunities within target accounts and industries.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement tailored sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Position and Sell Solutions: Effectively communicate the value of Devoteam's cloud managed services, including cloud infrastructure management, application modernization, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Generate and Qualify Leads: Identify potential clients, assess their needs, and prioritize opportunities.
- Create Persuasive Proposals: Develop compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate favorable terms and close deals.
- Stay Updated: Maintain knowledge of cloud technologies, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and delivery.
- Forecast Accurately: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Qualifikationen
- 7+ years of proven experience selling IT solutions, with a strong focus on cloud managed services or related areas (e.g., cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity).
- Deep understanding of the German cloud computing market, including key trends, challenges, and competitive offerings.
- Solid technical knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and managed services concepts.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience with specific cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related certifications.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- A strong network of client relationships within the German market.
