I am currently looking for a "Project Manager Workstream - Forecast to Make (f/m/d)" for our client.
General data:
Start: January 2025
Workload: 5 days per week
Location: 2 days/week remote, 3 days/week in Putzbrunn
Duration: 12 months (extension possible)
Aufgabengebiet
- This role will be responsible for project management covering Forecast to Plan (FTP) and Plan to Make (PTM)
- The scope of the SAP S/4HANA Implementation project covers several manufacturing sites and multiple businesses in the UK and Germany
- You will work within the PMO and will be responsible for creating and utilizing Project Management methodologies to ensure the SAP S/4HANA programs are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations
- Responsible for planning and executing project management for the FTM Value Stream within the SAP Release 4 Program
- Plan and organize the FTM value stream and drive the FTM team forward to deliver on time, on scope, and with quality
- As part of the SAP Release 4 Project Management team, work together with other workstream PMs and the Release 4 Program Manager to ensure delivery of the R4 Program
- Be responsible for detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates (effort, timing, resources), status reports, risk analysis, monitoring progress of plans against milestones for FTM
- Maintain Jira for the workstream, keeping issues up to date, and manage and facilitate scrum ceremonies and project team workshops for the value stream
- Facilitate review of workstream risks and issues, follow-up on actions, drive risks to resolution
- Manage dependencies and intersections with other interrelated SAP value streams (example: LWM, STP, etc) or projects (for example business projects, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects)
Anforderungsprofil
- Several years of experience managing SAP implementation projects or programs
- Several years of experience managing IT project or programs in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management tools and methods
- Possess relevant functional or technology knowledge (manufacturing and supply chain)
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, specifically Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Project) and Jira to manage sprints, epics, user stories, and sub-tasks
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to work across diverse groups and global teams with a common goal; and able to work through differences to reach consensus
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English - near native English written and English speaking ability
- Able to travel globally (approximately 10%)
- Nice-to-Have: Project Management or Agile Certification
- Nice-to-Have: Fluent in German
