Finance Manager (m/f/d)

• Management of the existing insurance portfolio contracts
• Preparation of analyses and reports for management
• Claims management, including handling ongoing claims
• Invoice auditing and control
• Communication with insurers, insurance brokers, and internal departments
• Contribution to the conceptualization and development of the insurance department

• Completed bachelor's degree in Business/Insurance or equivalent qualification
• Initial professional experience in insurance and claims management
• Structured work approach and strong communication skills
• High level of teamwork and commitment
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and excellent written and verbal English skills
• Previous knowledge in real estate management is desirable
