Tasks
Design and prepare migration scripts for the transformation to S/4HANA, focusing on master and transactional data migration from legacy systems.
Develop complex data transformations as part of the S/4HANA implementation process.
Take responsibility for data migration, including the synchronization and coordination of migration tasks across agile project teams.
Evaluate data volume to estimate migration effort and resources.
Continuously optimize various migration scenarios using an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach.
Identify and plan necessary data cleanup activities.
Define criteria to ensure high standards of data quality throughout the migration process.
Lead workshops with stakeholders, departments, and service providers to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Profile
A completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or a similar field of study, ideally with an IT focus.
Expertise in commonly used SAP migration tools, such as the S/4HANA migration cockpit, SAP Data Services, or similar platforms.
Relevant experience in the design and implementation of SAP data migrations.
Ideally, knowledge in SAP modules like MM, SD, and FI (R/3 or S/4), with a focus on master and transactional data.
Practical experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
High motivation for developing structured, solution-oriented working methods.
