YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are responsible for the coordination and implementation of specialized sales and soft skills trainings including participant management, communication and follow-up
- You analyze data/results of various customer service and sales KPIs to propose and monitor strategic improvement measures
- You are responsible for the sustainable implementation of concepts and contribute to increasing our KPIs
- You are the first point of contact for our specialist departments when organizing target group-specific training courses
- You advise and support our teams and franchise partners in identifying and exploiting new sales potential
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You have successfully completed a degree in Economics or Psychology or a comparable qualification
- You enjoy sharing knowledge and have already gained some experience in the field of training
- You are performance-oriented, determined, and enjoy taking responsibility for various topics
- You are willing to travel worldwide for up to 30% of your working hours
- You have excellent communication skills in English

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches.
