Tasks
Establishing a dedicated product sales department for vacuum process systems
Developing and overseeing product management
Managing and supporting national and international sales teams and agents
Planning and coordinating product marketing in collaboration with central marketing and external partners
Organizing global trade fair activities
Active participation in industry associations
Budgeting for order intake and overseeing cost centers
Profile
Industrial engineer or business professional with a technical background
Proven experience as an international sales representative in mechanical or plant engineering
Strong communication and teamwork skills are key strengths
You are skilled at setting and achieving team goals, passionate about technical products in plant engineering
Proficient in English and German, enabling effective communication with customers and suppliers
