Tasks

As a Senior SAP PSM (Public Sector Management) Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our clients' digital transformation, focusing on SAP solutions tailored for the public sector. You’ll leverage your expertise to guide, implement, and optimize SAP PSM projects, working closely with clients to shape and execute strategies that drive meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take part in the end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP PSM projects for public sector clients.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on best practices, SAP PSM configuration, and system enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that exceed client expectations and meet project deadlines.

  • Conduct training and workshops for clients, enabling knowledge transfer and adoption of SAP PSM solutions.

  • Maintain knowledge of current SAP products and updates, integrating these into practice to deliver innovative solutions.

Profile

  • Experience: Previous experience in SAP PSM consulting, with a proven track record in public sector projects.

  • Skills: Strong configuration and process knowledge in SAP PSM; additional experience in SAP FI, FM, or MM is a plus.

  • Languages: Fluent German and strong English skills for effective communication with national and international clients.

  • Mindset: Client-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a passion for technology and digital transformation.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 40%, engaging with clients across Germany and beyond.
