A Snapshot of Your Day 
As a Sales Application Engineer (f/m/d), you will be at the forefront of technical negotiation of upcoming green hydrogen projects especially in Germany for reciprocating compressors. Your day will involve engaging with customers, closing sales deals, and collaborating with multinational bid management to analyse specifications, generate and clarify technical bids. In this respect you will maintain a strong connection with the Proposal hubs in Poland, Naroda India and Painted Post USA to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our business in these regions.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Support early positioning of our high class reciprocating technology with German operators and engineering companies
  • Analyze specifications of our German customers and align bidding with our international proposal hubs
  • Generate firm and budget bids for reciprocating compressors
  • Attend and lead technical clarification meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of experience in engineering, bid management, sales, or project execution of reciprocating compression equipment, preferably in a multinational setting
  • Proven ability to close projects and meet targets, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in green hydrogen projects and technical understanding of compression operators
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with experience of building strong customer and partner relationships
  • Strong intercultural communication skills and experience working in multinational and diverse cultural environments
  • Proficiency in sales and business development tools, with the ability to work independently or in a team in a dynamic environment
