Contract manager for lease agreements (m/w/d)

• You are a primary point of contact between our client and the landlords of senior residences and kindergartens, as well as residential and commercial properties.

• Develop strategies and processes to optimize contract and property management.

• Define goals and provide well-founded decision-making support for the management.

• Prepare, execute, and follow-up of contract negotiations, handling them independently, and managing commercial leases and amendments.

• Monitor contract compliance, including deadline management and contract extensions.

• A degree in real estate management, law, business, economics, or a related field with a focus on construction and real estate, or an equivalent qualification.

• Extensive hands-on experience in contract management.

• Ideally, you bring industry knowledge from the care market.

• You combine strategic market insight with construction industry expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

• A practical, results-oriented approach to negotiations while maintaining focus on the company’s objectives.

• Your work style is defined by analytical thinking, a methodical approach, and a confident demeanor.

• Strong organizational abilities and an aptitude for evaluating the practical implications of contract drafting.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Fluent German and conversational English are beneficial.
