Your Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify cost and revenue drivers.
• Creating and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve business results.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with company goals.
• Managing the monthly financial close and ensuring accurate booking of all financial transactions.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Business Controller in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex financial data.
• Experience in developing performance metrics and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive working style.
• Very good English skills; basic German for small talk in the team.
