Energize Group, a leading SAP recruitment firm in Germany, is thrilled to partner with a prominent automotive company located west of Stuttgart. We are actively seeking a proficient SAP SD Inhouse Project Lead to join our client's dynamic team. This position presents a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology and spearhead the optimization of sales and distribution processes for a distinguished name in the automotive industry.

Position Overview:

As the SAP SD Inhouse Project Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing, enhancing, and maintaining SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the effective use of SAP technology, driving efficiency and improving operational performance in sales operations.

Tasks

  • Lead SAP SD Projects: Oversee SAP SD implementation projects, system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with business stakeholders to understand sales and distribution requirements and challenges.

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions to meet business needs, covering order processing, distribution logistics, pricing, and billing.

  • Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize SAP functionalities to support sales order management and other related processes.

  • Expert Guidance: Provide expertise on SAP SD best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

  • Integration: Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to integrate SAP solutions with other systems and data sources.

  • Training and Support: Conduct user training and offer support to ensure effective utilization of SAP SD solutions.

  • System Testing and Documentation: Perform system testing, create documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer for ongoing operations and maintenance.

  • Project Management: Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant or Project Lead with expertise in SAP SD modules and functionalities.

  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, including order-to-cash and distribution logistics.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP SD configuration, customization, and integration.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.

  • Language Proficiency: Minimum German language skills at level B2 and fluent English.

  • Residency Requirement: Apply only if currently living and working in Germany.
