About the role

For our partner, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an HR Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to act on their site in Munich. You are employed with us and work with our partner on-site. If you have any questions, your career partner Sophie Veicht at Academic Work will be happy to assist you.

Work tasks
  • Planing, executing, and monitoring HR projects, ensuring timely completion of milestones
  • Tracking project progress and reporting on KPIs and project status to stakeholders
  • Manage and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all HR project activities

We are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination or project management
  • Willingness to travel abroad
  • Fluent in Englisch (C1)

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
