Production Controller (m/w/d)

• Oversee production, sales, and project controlling, identifying optimization opportunities.

• Analyze BI reports, key metrics, and deviations to provide actionable insights.

• Prepare machine hour rates, contribution margin calculations, and value analyses.

• Manage master data, work plans, and bills of materials for new and updated products.

• Maintain metric visualizations and support departments on financial matters.

• Degree in Business Administration or similar qualification with professional experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Extensive experience in production and sales controlling, as well as cost accounting.

• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI, with solid ERP expertise, ideally in IFS and MES (BDE).

• REFA foundational knowledge and strong IT affinity, acting as a bridge between IT and users.

• Analytical, systematic thinker with a constructive approach to conflict resolution.
