How You’ll Make an Impact
- Administrative support of the implementation of EU Cyber Resilience Act and EU Data Act
- Maintaining SharePoint
- Preparing and co-moderating of workshops with different organizations
- Gathering project-specific performance data from various parts of the organization
- Assist with the unifying and formatting of business specific documents to make them available globally (change of formatting, applying same look and feel, removing business-specific contents)
- Preparation, execution, debriefing and supervising follow-up activities of meetings with the business and Cybersecurity teams
What You Bring
- Current studies in any field of study
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, MS Planner, Agile Way of Working
- Personal initiative, quality and result orientation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
