Tasks
Designing, planning, and implementing tailored solutions within the SAP HCM domain
Maintaining and enhancing SAP Fiori applications
Developing and modifying customer-specific programs and reports using SAP ABAP & ABAP OO
Providing technical support for our compensation structure in SAP
Advising departments on requirement identification, conception, and collaboration with architecture and development teams
Ensuring quality assurance and technical acceptance of implemented requirements
Managing external service providers
Profile
Extensive professional experience in customizing, adaptation, and programming within PA, PY, PT
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in (business) informatics or relevant practical experience
Proficiency in SAP ABAP & ABAP OO, with desirable knowledge of Webdynpro, OData, and Fiori
Strong understanding of German payroll, including standard interfaces
Advantageous to have knowledge of time management and structural authorizations
Hands-on experience in project implementation
Fluent in spoken and written German
Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented work ethic, with a strong team and service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a continuous learning mindset
