Position Overview:

As an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will be a crucial member of the global consultancy's SAP HCM team, focusing on payroll processes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP HCM payroll modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll solutions.

  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze payroll requirements.

  3. Provide expertise in areas such as Payroll Processing, Taxation, and Compliance.

  4. Lead and mentor a team of SAP HCM consultants, ensuring successful project delivery.

  5. Collaborate with other SAP functional leads to ensure seamless integration with other HCM modules.

  6. Support end-users through training sessions and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely manner.

  7. Stay updated on SAP HCM payroll best practices, industry trends, and updates to enhance system performance.

Profile

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with a focus on successful implementations.

  3. In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM payroll modules, including Payroll Processing, Taxation, and Compliance.

  4. Strong understanding of payroll processes and best practices.

  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  6. SAP HCM certification is a plus.
