Your profile:
You are a communicative, open and empathetic person and already have (initial) relevant professional experience in the areas of: consulting, controlling, accounting, sales, key account management, IT, tech sales or other business-oriented fields of activity. You are also resilient, can prioritize and want a varied job.

  • You have already successfully completed your studies or are about to do so as part of an evening or distance learning course
  • You are a born networker, have a talent for sales and can actively approach people
  • You are characterized by negotiation skills, motivation and strong communication skills
  • A confident and friendly appearance is a prerequisite for you, as well as a proactive and reliable way of working
  • High intercultural competence, team spirit, a strong consultant mentality and fluent German and English skills round off your profile


Your tasks:

  • As part of 360° recruiting, you look after candidates as well as customers within your industry specialization and find the "perfect match" for both sides
  • You will identify suitable candidates through active sourcing and research, conduct personal or virtual interviews as well as professional candidate presentations to clients
  • You will be given responsibility from the very beginning, and you will be responsible for holistic support from acquisition to the conclusion of the contract
  • Through active relationship management, you will support and advise candidates throughout the entire placement process and be the first point of contact for relevant questions
  • You will independently acquire national and international customers, and you will also always look after your existing customers with a high degree of service orientation and your relevant expertise
  • You solve personnel challenges from the very beginning and advise companies on strategic personnel selection
